HLC Staff

 Kim is one of the teachers of H.O.P.E Learning Center. She is married to Sony Meas, one of the Elders of the Trinity Christian Fellowship. They have one child, named Kahkah, a sweet little girl about 1 year old who herself is part of the daily routines seen in the center. Kim is very motherly and gentle to the children as she is to her daughter. She desires to see the children at HOPE Learning Center grow in wisdom and knowledge and become responsible citizens of Cambodia.

 Theany is the other teacher of the H.O.P.E Learning Center. Together with Kim, she teaches the children how to read and write basic Khmer lessons. She also does the supervision and is very much respected by the children. She desires that if she gets married in the near future her children will be like the kids she is nurturing here in the center. She is looking forward to mold strong and responsible leaders among the children she is teaching now.

 Lei Mouy is the active cook/cleaner of the center. Everyday she comes very early to prepare for the breakfast of the children. She also does the laundry for the children of the center. She is the loving mother of everyone who takes care of their needs.

She is also the one who manages the budget for the food of the children and goes to the market everyday to buy fresh vegetables, fish and meat for the consumption of the center's needs.










Sophal is the driver/messenger of the center. He is the husband of Lei Mouy. Everyday he also comes early and drive the Tuktuk to fetch the children from Vels Vou and Doem Sleing. He also acts as the messenger and is faithful in his duty to serve in the center.
